Job Description

Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run business in Cricklade, who are looking to appoint an experienced Office Administrator to join their friendly and growing team.

Due to the requirements of this role, successful candidates must have experience in Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Payroll Administration and Purchase Ledger As Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office, providing administrative support while supporting the finance function.

  • Thursday:9:00am 5:00pm

Friday:8:00am 4:00pm Company pension Casual dress Free on-site parking Friendly, supportive family-run working environment Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out monthly bookkeeping duties, including processing sales invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.

Managing invoicing, purchase ledger and credit control.

Supporting payroll administration, including processing hours and payroll information.

Acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and face-to-face.

Assisting with incoming deliveries and coordinating customer and courier collections.

General office administration, including filing, purchase orders, post and stationery management.

Supporting colleagues with the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

About

You: Previous experience inbookkeeping, invoicing, purchase ledger and payroll administration (essential).

At least two years' experience within a busy office administration role.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
