Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions are recruiting multiple Reach Forklift Truck Drivers on behalf of our client, a well-established Manufacturer and Distributor based in Swindon SN25. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven logistics environment where precision, compliance, and teamwork are key to daily operations.
This role is an operational role that will require operational work as well as Forklift Truck work and can chop and change throughout the day depending on the needs of the business at that time. The role requires strong manual handling skills as at times you will be carrying out operational duties.

- 3 days training (06.00 - 15.00)
- Monday Friday - 14.00 pm - 23.00pm

The Role:
- Picking and loading multi part orders
- Physical Warehouse Operational Work
- Operating a Reach Forklift Truck
- Stock Inventory including answering queries
- Reporting any issues or defects to line manager or supervisor
- Loading and unloading vehicles in a safe manner ensuring that site Health and Safety is always followed
- Using handheld scanners
- Opportunity to have your licence converted and upgraded by the company for the right candidate!
Reach Forklift Truck licence is ESSENTIAL. Ideally Counterbalance, Order Picker and PLT. Physically fit and capable to carry out the duties in a safe manner. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
