Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions are recruiting a Counterbalance Forklift Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client, a well-established Timber Merchant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven logistics environment where precision, compliance, and teamwork are key to daily operations.
The role requires strong manual handling skills, and a strong background in the logistics and transport sector.

The Role:
- Picking and loading multi-part orders
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
- Stock Inventory including answering queries

- Using handheld scanners
Essential experience required:
- Combi Forklift licence is ideal but not essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
