Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a family-run business based in Cheney Manor. This role is a genuine Temporary to Permanent opportunity offering the opportunity of a permanent position.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a flair for sales and excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for automobiles and the automotive trade!
Immediate Start Available£12.71 per hour
- Commission backdated and paid after completion of 12 weeks
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Weekly pay

Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s services within a busy office environment
- Communicate with customers via various channels including phone, email, and online enquiries
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Work towards sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Accurately update customer records and sales activity using internal systems
- Support the wider sales team and contribute to a positive, family-oriented workplace
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred
- Good knowledge of cars is essential
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle objections and complaints calmly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
