Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a family-run business based in Cheney Manor. This role is a genuine Temporary to Permanent opportunity offering the opportunity of a permanent position.

Immediate Start Available£12.71 per hour ~ Commission backdated and paid after completion of 12 weeks! ~ Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 ~ Weekly pay ~ 28 days paid annual leave ~ Online payslips ~ Pension contributions ~ Ongoing support & opportunities for permanent work.
- Promote the company’s services within a busy office environment.
- Communicate with customers via various channels including phone, email, and online enquiries.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work towards sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Accurately update customer records and sales activity using internal systems.
- Support the wider sales team and contribute to a positive, family-oriented workplace.
- Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cars is essential.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle objections and complaints calmly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
