Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a family-run business based in Cheney Manor. This role is a genuine Temporary to Permanent opportunity offering the opportunity of a permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a flair for sales and excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for automobiles and the automotive trade!

The Role:

  • Promote the company’s services within a busy office environment
  • Communicate with customers via various channels including phone, email, and online enquiries
  • Handle customer queries professionally, providing clear and accurate information
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work towards sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Accurately update customer records and sales activity using internal systems
  • Support the wider sales team and contribute to a positive, family-oriented workplace

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred
  • Good knowledge of cars is essential
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle objections and complaints calmly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and earn commission
