Pay and benefits of the role Basic salary of £27,000£33,000 initially depending on experience.

Uncapped commission with no ceiling on your earning potential.

Birthday days off Early Friday finish (14.30 pm) The Opportunity This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant role where youll have full ownership of your desk.

Youll be expected to: Generate new business and win exclusive recruitment partnerships.

Build lasting relationships with clients and become their trusted recruitment partner.

Source, interview and place exceptional candidates.

Manage the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.

Negotiate fees, offers and salaries with confidence.

Develop your market, grow your client base and maximise revenue.

Consistently exceed activity, billing and revenue targets.

Are: Youre someone who enjoys the challenge of sales and loves to build relationships.

Ideally youll have: Recruitment experience, or a proven track record in a target-driven sales or business development role, however this is not essential Strong commercial awareness.
