Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are urgently recruiting multiple Production Paint Sprayers to join our fantastic client in West Swindon! The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint using spray guns and various other methods, as well as varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, as well as the ability to work in a production and warehouse environment.
This is a fantastic position, which is offering an immediate start on an ongoing basis and can lead to a permanent position after a successful trial period! This is a day shift role, working 05.30am - 14.30pm (Monday to Friday).
- Hourly rate, not age dependent
- Overtime rates in place

- £19.60 per hour (overtime rate) for any hours worked over 40
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Assemble components as needed for painting projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to painting tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
