Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are recruiting for multiple reliable and customer-focused Van Drivers to join a busy delivery team. In this role, you will be working as part of a two-person crew, delivering and assembling furniture for customers across the region.
This is a genuine Temporary to Permanent position with a permanent role offered after a successful trial period!
You will be the face of the business, so great customer service skills and a professional attitude are essential. Previous experience in furniture delivery advantageous
We have immediate starts available!
Due to the nature of the work, a Driving assessment and Manual Handling training are required before starting with the company - This will be arranged after the application process.

The Role:
Deliver furniture safely and efficiently to customers' homes and business addresses Work alongside a driver's mate, sharing lifting, carrying, and assembly tasks Assemble furniture on-site following instructions and quality standards Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery Complete all delivery paperwork accurately Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and road-safe Follow all health & safety procedures, especially around manual handling
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (no more than
6
points) Previous experience in furniture delivery or home delivery is desirable but not essential Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work well as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional
