Our company, Cotswold Talent Solutions, are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented VNA (Vulnerable Niche Access/ Very Narrow Aisle) Driver's to join our client's dynamic logistics team in Swindon (SN3)
In this vital role, you will operate specialized VNA equipment to efficiently transport materials within our customer's warehouse and distribution center.
You will need an In-date, accredited licence for this role.
Your expertise will ensure safe, timely, and accurate handling of goods, supporting our commitment to operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount.
This role is an operational role that will require Operational work as well as Forklift Truck work and can chop and change throughout the day depending on the needs of the business at that time.

Duties:
Safely operate VNA forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials throughout the facility
Using Hand held Scanners
Load and unload shipments with precision, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods
Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for mechanical issues
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately
Assist with materials handling tasks, including stacking, organizing, and storing items in designated areas
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills:
Proven experience operating VNA forklifts or similar narrow aisle equipment in a warehouse setting
Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory control and documentation
Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading tasks
Good understanding of materials handling procedures and shipping & receiving operations
