Shifts start between 5:00am and 8:00am, Monday to Friday.
Cotswold Talent Solutions are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to various locations, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to road safety regulations.
The Role:
- Operate a 7.5 tonne lorry for the delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently and within the scheduled timeframes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding any issues or delays encountered during deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients at delivery points.
- Delivering a variety of items, including palletised goods using a pump truck, furniture and more.

What We're Looking For:
- Valid Category C1 (7.5T) licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience delivering palletised goods with a pump truck

- Must be 21+ years old (due to insurance restrictions)
