People Operations Analyst
Owning and continuously improving the accuracy, integrity and governance of colleague data and People systems.
Producing regular reporting and dashboards on key metrics including headcount, attrition, absence, payroll and reward.
Analysing trends and translating data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision‑making.
Acting as the primary contact for HRIS and People system providers, ensuring effective performance and optimisation of systems.
Supporting reward, pay and benefits activity including salary reviews, benchmarking and benefits administration.
Delivering cyclical People processes such as annual pay review, bonus administration and statutory reporting (e. g. gender pay gap).
Providing guidance to managers and stakeholders on People data, systems and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience working with HR/People data, reporting and systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling complex datasets.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and meaningful business recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail, focus on data accuracy and compliance.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and cyclical deadlines.
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Takes ownership, shows initiative and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Solutions‑focused approach to enhancing systems and processes.
- Handles sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement.
- Ideally experienced or exposed to payroll, reward, benefits or statutory reporting.
