Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the accuracy, integrity, and governance of colleague data and People systems.
  • Produce regular reporting and dashboards on key metrics including headcount, attrition, absence, payroll, and reward.
  • Analyze trends and translate data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Act as the primary contact for HRIS and People system providers, ensuring effective performance and optimisation.
  • Support reward, pay, and benefits activity including salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits administration.
  • Support the delivery of cyclical People processes such as annual pay review, bonus administration, and statutory reporting, including gender pay gap reporting.
  • Provide guidance to managers and stakeholders on People data, systems, and operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience working with HR or People data, reporting, and systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling complex datasets.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cyclical deadlines.
  • Confident communicator who can work with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

  • Practical, solutions-focused approach to improving systems and processes.
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement.
  • Experience or exposure to payroll, reward, benefits, or statutory reporting is ideal.
