This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office per week.

We're looking for a Ecommerce Content & Optimisation Executive to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities, it's about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and publish engaging onsite content across homepages, landing pages, navigation and campaign pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Support the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, promotions and key trading events.
  • Help create personalised customer experiences by delivering targeted content through Bloomreach.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and content performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through testing, optimisation and insight-led recommendations.
  • Take ownership of assigned A/B tests, reporting on results and helping to implement improvements.
  • Support the delivery of Retail Media campaigns, ensuring placements are accurate, effective and customer-focused.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Share insights, ideas and best practices to support continuous improvement across the Ecommerce team.
  • Develop your expertise in ecommerce optimisation, personalisation and customer experience.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has experience in ecommerce, digital content, online retail or a similar environment.
  • Enjoys working with both creative content and data-driven insights.
  • Has experience using a CMS, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or is confident learning new systems quickly.
  • Is naturally curious about customer behaviour and passionate about delivering great online experiences.
  • Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Is a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively.
  • Takes ownership, shows initiative and is eager to learn and develop new skills.
