Nestled on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, this location is a hub for walking, hiking, and adventure and we’re looking for a passionate leader to take the reins and drive performance, customer engagement, and team development.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations including stock control, audits, and banking procedures
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and lead a knowledgeable and motivated team
  • Customer Experience: Ensure every visitor receives outstanding service and product advice
  • Sales Strategy: Analyse performance and drive local initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets
