We're looking for Snow Sports Sales Assistant who will: * Share their passion and deliver friendly, expert advice on ski and snowboard equipment * Learn and carry out professional boot fitting through hands-on, specialist training * Help every customer feel one step closer to the mountains * Thrive in a fast-paced, high energy retail environment during our busiest season * Work flexibly across all seven days of the week About us We believe life is better in the mountains.

As a Snow Sports Sales Assistant, you'll support customers of all abilities, from first timers to experienced skiers, helping them feel confident and ready for their next adventure.
This role will begin on a 0-hour contract and transition into a fixed-term contract from 01 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, where flexibility across all seven days is essential.
You'll also be required to attend and complete two days of mandatory ski boot fitting training delivered by our expert trainers.

England: 07 October – 08 October Once complete, you'll receive a ski boot fitting premium allowance on top of your salary.
