What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining partnerships with leading outdoor brands to create impactful, commercially successful learning experiences
- Identifying opportunities to grow and monetise learning channels including events, programmes, and digital content
- Co-developing engaging, authentic learning that combines product expertise with inspiring storytelling
- Measuring performance and return on investment to continuously improve outcomes for all stakeholders
- Collaborating across teams to align learning initiatives with brand campaigns, seasonal priorities, and business objectives
- Championing innovative approaches to learning from digital and microlearning to immersive outdoor experiences
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in Learning & Development, Brand Training, or Commercial Partnerships, ideally in retail or outdoor sectors
- Is commercially aware with a track record of driving and monetising learning initiatives
- Has an understanding of how learning impacts retail performance
- Has strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Is analytical and detail-oriented, with experience measuring learning outcomes and ROI
- Is resilient, proactive, and collaborative, balancing multiple priorities effectively
Desirable: familiarity with digital learning tools or LMS platforms, CIPD qualification, and passion for the outdoors.
