What You’ll Do
- Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, audits, compliance, and banking
- Team Leadership: Support and inspire a team of outdoor enthusiasts alongside the Store Manager
- Customer Experience: Deliver and role-model outstanding service, advice, and product knowledge
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards across product presentation and seasonal campaigns
- Acting Manager: Confidently lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
