What You’ll Do

  • Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, audits, compliance, and banking
  • Team Leadership: Support and inspire a team of outdoor enthusiasts alongside the Store Manager
  • Customer Experience: Deliver and role-model outstanding service, advice, and product knowledge
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards across product presentation and seasonal campaigns
  • Acting Manager: Confidently lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager

What You’ll Bring
