What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, from stock and safety to cash handling
  • Coaching and motivating your team to deliver expert service and hit performance targets
  • Creating a welcoming, inclusive store environment for customers and colleagues
  • Taking the lead when the Store Manager is away
  • Maintaining high visual and operational standards across the store
