What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, from stock and safety to cash handling
- Coaching and motivating your team to deliver expert service and hit performance targets
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive store environment for customers and colleagues
- Taking the lead when the Store Manager is away
- Maintaining high visual and operational standards across the store
