What you'll be doing As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth. Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, you will use data, insights and innovation to optimise performance, maximise return on investment, and ensure digital activity supports wider commercial and brand objectives. Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels, aligned to business growth, customer and brand goals. Lead digital performance planning, budget management and forecasting to maximise ROI and achieve revenue targets. Oversee paid media activity across search, social, display and affiliate channels, driving continuous optimisation and testing. Support SEO and content marketing initiatives to increase organic traffic, engagement and revenue contribution. Monitor campaign performance using data, analytics and customer insights, establishing clear KPIs and reporting frameworks. Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery, accountability and value for investment. Collaborate with brand, product, trading, analytics and technology teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives. Lead, coach and develop the digital marketing team while driving innovation, governance, compliance and digital best practice across all activity. We're looking for someone who Has proven experience developing and delivering end-to-end digital marketing strategies that drive commercial growth and customer engagement. Demonstrates strong expertise in paid media channels, including search, paid social, display and affiliate marketing, with a focus on performance optimisation. Possesses a solid understanding of SEO, content marketing and conversion rate optimisation to support sustainable growth. Is highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data, measure performance and translate insights into effective actions. Has experience managing budgets, forecasting marketing spend and maximising return on investment. Builds strong relationships with agencies, partners and senior stakeholders, holding teams accountable for delivering results. Thrives in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing initiatives and business objectives. Is an inspiring people leader, with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams. Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and makes confident, data-driven decisions. Embraces continuous improvement, testing and innovation, while maintaining brand standards, governance and compliance across all digital activity.
