What you'll be doing
You'll run the store, lead the team and make sure every customer has a great experience. Each week you'll:
- Develop your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed store targets
- Oversee daily store operations including deliveries, cash handling and compliance checks
- Maintain high visual standards to create an inspiring and easy-to-navigate customer journey
- Monitor your store's performance and take smart, timely actions to drive results
- Recruit, train and develop team members to set them up for success
- Collaborate with senior leaders and other teams to help shape the store's growth
