What you'll be doing:
- Develop and deliver a future-focused social media strategy that drives brand growth and engagement.
- Manage a dynamic content calendar to ensure timely, relevant content across all channels.
- Collaborate with brand, trade, studio, e-commerce and buying teams to align social content with wider campaigns and launches.
- Support the commercialisation of social channels in partnership with the retail media team.
- Oversee high-quality content planning, creation and performance optimisation, including SEO and analytics.
- Lead and develop the social media team while managing budgets, resources and staying ahead of industry trends.
