This role will cover our Beverley, Harrogate, Skipton, Leeds and Catterick stores so a full UK driving licence and car is essential.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out visual merchandising activities in stores, following pre-planned agendas and aligning with store prioritisation strategies.
  • Identifying commercial and visual opportunities during store visits and providing quality feedback to store management.
  • Contributing to the development of the regional visual merchandising strategy by identifying store focus areas and supporting seasonal layout planning.
  • Coaching and upskilling store teams through workshops and hands-on training.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with store management, ensuring effective feedback cycles and collaboration.
  • Playing a key role in planning and executing new store openings and enhancement projects with support from the wider Visual Merchandising team.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in premium visual merchandising, including window displays, mannequin styling, and layout planning.
  • Brings a background in large store or field visual merchandising roles and confidently uses data to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Is a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and influence teams.
  • Is creative and detail-oriented, consistently delivering premium visual merchandising standards with precision.
