We are looking for a creative, driven, and highly organised Marketeer to join our team. Your primary role is to reach new and existing audiences and deliver marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our sales team, while consistently presenting our business as a premium stone and architectural masonry brand.
Reporting to our Sales and Business Development team and working alongside our external Creative partner, you will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling and engaging marketing campaigns that are aligned with our premium brand proposition and tone of voice. You will have the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and other traditional channels. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at any given time, marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines.

For over 25 years, Cotswold Natural Stone has been producing and supplying high-quality natural stone products. We have grown to become one of the largest natural stone suppliers in the South of England. We supply a wide range of quarried stone products for building, dry stone walling, architectural and specialist masonry, flooring, and paving, and are also a trusted source of reclaimed stone. Our stone is sourced from our quarry in the Cotswolds, alongside carefully selected British and European limestones and sandstones. This allows us to support conservation, renovation, and new-build projects across a variety of sectors. We offer bespoke design consultation, precision manufacture, and installation services. Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of marketing activity across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, website content, advertising, and print.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our premium brand proposition and tone of voice.
- Work alongside the external Creative partner to brief, coordinate, and deploy creative assets effectively.
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, timelines, and priorities, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor performance, analyse results, and report on campaign effectiveness to support continuous improvement and lead generation.
- Assist with creating compelling marketing content, including copy for social media, newsletters, website updates, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, working within established brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update marketing assets and materials in collaboration with external creative support.
- Take ownership of the showroom environment, ensuring it is welcoming, organised, and reflects the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
- Prepare the showroom for client visits, meetings, and events, ensuring displays, samples, and materials are presented to a premium standard.
- Represent the brand professionally during client visits and appointments.
- Plan, organise, and deliver events, exhibitions, open days, and product launches.
- Manage event logistics, supplier coordination, setup, and on-site delivery.
- Attend events to support relationship building, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas and working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand awareness.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing activity supports sales and business growth.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with creative partners.
- Interest in architecture, design, construction, or the built environment is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desired).
- At least one year’s marketing experience preferred.
- CIM qualification or working towards CIM is advantageous.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Full UK driving licence required.
