We are looking for an experienced

Service & Repairs Engineer to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, field-based role covering

Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire , with parts collection and administrative support provided from our headquarters in

Banbury .

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and undertaking routine maintenance on passenger and goods lifts.

You’ll complete service reports, ensure all work complies with current safety regulations and company standards, and provide excellent customer service while representing Cotswold Lifts Ltd on site.

  • We’re looking for someone who has
  • Previous experience in lift servicing and repairs.
  • Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
  • A relevant technical qualification (e. g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider team.
  • Good time management skills and a willingness to travel throughout the region.

  • Full‑time, field‑based position.
  • Covering Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire.
  • Parts collection and support from our Banbury headquarters.
  • Occasional travel outside the core coverage area may be required.
