Salary of £37,000 to £42,000 plus Bonus. This role will cover the Cotswold Inns & Hotels, 7 unique country house hotels in the Cotswolds. Experience in Weddings, Travel Trade, Conferences, Reasons to Visit and Accommodation is essential. This role will require travel around your area and to the Support Centre in Chiswick.

We are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for an Area Sales Manager, focused on driving pro-active pre-booked growth across our businesses. This is an exceptional role for a passionate, results-driven sales professional looking to shape and execute impactful sales strategies across multiple premium sites. You’ll play a key role in driving growth across all pre-book areas - including events, private dining, and large group bookings - while expanding our client base and supporting long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement pro-active pre-booked sales plan across multiple locations
- Drive growth in all areas of pre-booked business: events, food & drink, and private hire
- Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development
- Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Deliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, corporate and events
- Collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Provide leadership/guidance and training for the site roles
- Proven experience in multi-site sales within hospitality or events
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a strong commercial focus
- Confident CRM user with experience managing client pipelines
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Passion for premium hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
