We supply retailers in several channels across a diverse range of categories including ambient, chilled and frozen foods as well as pet, home and lifestyle. The successful candidate must live within a 40-mile radius of our Head Office and is expected to work from the office three days per week depending on business needs, with nationwide travel expected as part of the role to support key events.
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning and delivery of B2B marketing initiatives in our fast-paced speciality fine food wholesale business. You will own the marketing campaign calendar, drive supplier brand activation, and ensure all activity aligns with commercial, sales, and category priorities. Working closely with sales, buying, and supplier partners, you will enhance brand visibility, inspire independent retailers, and deliver measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Campaign Planning & Management
- Own and manage the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring brand, seasonal, and product initiatives are aligned with business priorities.
- Plan & deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, trade materials, catalogues, POS, sampling, and trade events.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and planning through delivery and evaluation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with sales and buying teams to integrate priority brands, launches, and promotions into wider marketing activity.
- Oversee creative assets with the design team to produce high-quality, engaging content and templates and the creation of compelling marketing materials to support customer engagement and sales support.
- Supplier Activation & Brand Strategy
- Lead supplier brand activations that bring brands to life for our customers through storytelling, highlighting heritage, quality, and sustainability.
- Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, launches, and promotions to drive visibility, engagement, sales and category growth.
- Prioritise supplier opportunities and support both established and emerging brands through aligned activations, launches and promotional activity to maximise investment and impact.
- Support the delivery and ongoing development of trade events and supplier launch showcases, ensuring they provide genuine value, inspiration, and a compelling reason for customers to engage.
- Channel & Category Marketing
- Deliver insight-led campaigns for priority categories, to support retailer growth and differentiation.
- Ensure structured multi-channel communication to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
- Collaborate with the Buying and Business Development teams to develop opportunities that maximise channel and category growth.
- Campaign Reporting & Insight
- Use data to inform planning, identify opportunities, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track campaign performance against KPIs including engagement, reach, sales uplift, and supplier ROI.
- Produce post-campaign reports with actionable insights to optimise future activity.
- Monitor FMCG trends, competitor campaigns, and shopper behaviour to inform strategy and innovation.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation within FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Knowledge of FMCG marketing channels including trade communications, in-store marketing, shopper marketing, and digital/trade content.
