  • Define tracking requirements for new features, journeys, and propositions so impact can be measured from day one
  • Own the development and maintenance of data layer specifications and technical documentation
  • Conduct regular audits, QA checks, and debugging of tags, triggers, and data outputs to ensure high data integrity
  • Connect customer, product, and commerce datasets to support rapid, high-quality decision-making for digital trading and optimisation
  • Build and own dashboards, reporting, and self-serve insight used by teams across the business

Essential skills & experience:

  • Confident combining data from multiple sources into coherent reporting and insight. Able to turn data into insight: explain what happened / why / what to do next for Digital leadership

We offer hybrid working, however you will be required to attend either our London or Norwich Head Office a minimum of 2 days each week. Please check the job description for further details and if you feel that you meet all the relevant criteria, then we’d love to hear from you.
