The job requirements are detailed below. Where applicable the skills, qualifications and memberships required for this job have also been included.

Are you passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? We’re looking for a Digital Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and help us make smarter, data-driven decisions.

This is a highly autonomous, hands‑on role for someone who is genuinely obsessed with data, not just pulling it, but making sense of it and turning it into insight that non‑technical teams can act on.

What you’ll be doing (includes):

  • Design, develop, and implement the analytics and tracking ecosystem for cotswoldco.com (GA4, GTM, BigQuery, BI tools)
  • Define tracking requirements for new features, journeys, and propositions so impact can be measured from day one
  • Own the development and maintenance of data layer specifications and technical documentation
  • Conduct regular audits, QA checks, and debugging of tags, triggers, and data outputs to ensure high data integrity
  • Connect customer, product, and commerce datasets to support rapid, high‑quality decision‑making for digital trading and optimisation
  • Build and own dashboards, reporting, and self‑serve insight used by teams across the business

Essential skills & experience:

  • Demonstrable, strong experience with GA4 reporting/analysis; confident interpreting eCommerce & funnel metrics (sessions → PDP → ATC → checkout → purchase)
  • Proven ability to deliver trusted, stakeholder‑ready reporting (ideally Power BI) including clear KPI definitions and documentation
  • Confident combining data from multiple sources into coherent reporting and insight. Able to turn data into insight: explain what happened / why / what to do next for Digital leadership

We offer hybrid working, however you will be required to attend either our London or Norwich Head Office a minimum of 2 days each week.

Please check the job description for further details and if you feel that you meet all the relevant criteria, then we’d love to hear from you.

What else will you receive from us?

  • 25 days holiday per year + public holidays (pro‑rated for part‑time colleagues)
  • Company pension
  • Medical Insurance
  • Great discounts on our products – 50% personal and 25% for family & friends
  • One paid volunteering day per year
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Access to Health & Wellbeing guidance and support
  • Your birthday day‑off!

And lots of other great things!
