Estimator & Showroom Sales Consultant
Cotswold Bespoke Flooring – Cheltenham

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Estimator & Showroom Sales Consultant to join our family‑run flooring business in Cheltenham.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in estimating, measuring and sales within the flooring industry or a similar home improvement sector such as kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, blinds, windows, conservatories or fitted furniture.
About the Role
You will play a key role in helping customers transform their homes, from their initial showroom visit through to quotation and securing the sale.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and advising customers in our showroom
- Conducting site surveys and taking accurate measurements
- Producing detailed quotations
- Following up quotations and converting enquiries into sales
- Liaising with suppliers and installation teams
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
What We're Looking For
- Previous estimating and sales experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident using computers and producing quotations
- Full UK driving licence
- A positive, organised and self‑motivated attitude
Desirable Experience
- Flooring industry experience
- Experience with products such as carpets, luxury vinyl tiles, wood flooring or laminate
- Experience working for companies in home improvement businesses
