Job title: Property Manager | Residential Block Management
Location: Southgate, London N14 (office-based)
Salary: £35k - £40k depending on role and experience, plus commission
Description:
Cotleigh Property is an established, growing block management agent in Southgate, looking after residential blocks across North London, from Primrose Hill to the less glamorous. We’re hiring at two levels:
Property Manager | £35k-£40k + commission
Take ownership of your own portfolio and run it your way. You’ll be the main contact for leaseholders and directors, managing contractors, compliance, insurance claims and Section 20 major works.

What we’re looking for
- Property Managers: residential block management experience and a sound grasp of leasehold. Section 20 exposure is a bonus.
- Assistant PMs: property, lettings, estate agency or facilities experience. Organised, calm under pressure and keen to learn.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential.
