Location: London
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Manager / Digital Lead to operate at the interface between senior leadership and operational delivery teams. This is a highly client-facing role, responsible for shaping BIM strategy, leading early-stage digital delivery, and managing information processes before projects transition to specialist delivery teams for modelling & coordination.
This role will suit a confident BIM leader who can operate strategically at project inception while remaining technically credible and hands-on when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead BIM/Digital authority across multiple projects, working closely with Directors, clients, and design teams
- Lead and manage early-stage BIM deliverables ensuring clear, compliant information handover to delivery teams
- Define, implement, and oversee ISO 19650–aligned information management processes
- Develop and manage BIM documentation including BEPs, EIRs, MPDTs, and AIRs
- Provide strategic direction on BIM strategy and digital transformation across projects
- Lead stakeholder engagement, chair BIM and digital coordination meetings, and act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Oversee QA processes, data validation, and COBie delivery
- Ensure consistent standards, workflows, and best practice across all digital outputs
About You
- 10+ years’ UK experience in BIM Management / Digital Delivery
- Strong multi-disciplinary background, with a good knowledge of MEP, and solid working knowledge of Architecture and Structures
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650 (formerly PAS 1192) frameworks
- Proven experience delivering projects across:
- Residential
- Commercial
- Healthcare
- Life Sciences
- Mixed-use developments
