The Role
You’ll support the design and delivery of engineering projects across multiple sectors, working closely with senior engineers and other disciplines. On smaller schemes, you may take responsibility for leading elements of design work under supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing engineering designs, calculations and specifications
- Supervising and reviewing technical drawings
- Preparing technical reports and attending project meetings
- Coordinating with other disciplines and specialist consultants
- Undertaking site visits and liaising with clients and contractors
- Supporting project delivery against programme and budget
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Experience within an engineering consultancy
- Strong technical fundamentals and attention to detail
- Actively working towards Chartered status with a relevant institution
- Clear commitment to professional development and high-quality design
- Exposure to Rhino and Grasshopper is desirable but not essential
