Are you looking to develop your career in BIM and Revit MEP Modelling in the Building Services sector working on large scale construction projects? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity! Our Client is currently looking for Junior to Intermediate CAD Technician (with at least 6 months experience using Revit within the Building Services / MEP sector). Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential and ideally some knowledge of Revit is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Producing MEP BIM models of new building construction projects, modelling the Heating, Ventilation, Pipework, Lighting and Power Services in 3D using Revit
- Drafting MEP Services in AutoCAD when required
- Using Navisworks to produce visual imagery and video walk-throughs
- Run Clash Detection of the MEP Services in Navisworks
- Preparing externals xrefs
- Learning to set up projects in Revit
