Overview REVIT/BIM Technician (Building Services MEP) — Ashford, KentAre you looking to develop your career in BIM Coordination and Revit MEP Modelling in the Building Services sector working on large scale construction projects?Our Client is currently looking for Intermediate level Revit Technicians (with ideally with 1+ year CAD experience) gained within the Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or similar industries.Starting Salary level dependent on experience.Opportunity to progress to a Lead BIM Coordinator/Manager in the future.Please apply for the role to progress your application.Responsibilities Producing MEP BIM models of new building construction projects, modelling and coordinating the Heating, Ventilation, Pipework, Lighting and Power Services in Revit MEP.Using Navisworks to produce visual imagery and video walk-throughs.Run Clash Detection of the MEP Services and generating reports in Navisworks.Production of End Sheets and Record Drawings.Qualifications Intermediate level Revit Technicians (with ideally with 1+ year CAD experience) gained within the Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or similar industries.
