Subject Leader of Economics

As Subject Leader of Economics, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the department. You will:

• Lead curriculum planning, assessment and high-quality teaching across Key Stages.
• Model excellent practice through your own teaching.
• Support the Faculty Leader with the effective day to day operation of the faculty.
• Use data effectively to monitor progress and secure strong outcomes for all learners.
• Promote equality, inclusion and high expectations across the subject.
• Support, hold accountable, lead, manage and develop Faculty staff.
