This is an excellent starter role for someone who is interested in a career in teaching and has experience of working with young people and teenagers. Or for a returning teacher who doesn't want the full responsibilities of a teacher role. We currently require an enthusiastic and motivated cover supervisor to provide supervision for classes. When cover is not required in school, you will support the school with administrative processes, such as preparing resources, exam preparation or supporting small groups with additional learning needs. You will also be a daily Tutor or Link Tutor and help support the school's tutorial programme.

Salary and hours
- Salary: G9 – starting salary from £31,537 (actual salary based on 19.5 hours per week £14,535).
- Hours: 19.5 hours (3 days – 08:00–15:00). Part time. Term time only. We would consider 2 days a week.
- Permanent contract to start as soon as possible.
