We wish to recruit an Academic Mentor to be based at Post 16 Centre, Cotham. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where we support, challenge and encourage students through one‑to‑one meetings, workshops and advice and guidance to develop key study skills to ensure they become independent life‑long learners ready for their next steps and able to achieve their very best.

In addition, you will be required to oversee and develop our student leadership provision, providing opportunities for students to gain skills and experience outside of the curriculum, contributing to their wider community and social justice ambitions.

Actual salary £14,395. Fixed term contract commencing on 01.09.2026 until 20.07.2027. Hours: 18.5 hours per week, Term time plus 2 weeks work out of normal hours/days (pro‑rata to 1 week). This role is subject to passing a satisfactory probation period.
