Salary: Grade 2 Points 2-4 - £24,413 to £25,185 (Pro Rata)

We wish to appoint an Office Administrator to cover the operation of the school office for 16 hours per week during the school week including 1 hour each day as Senior Midday Supervisor. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure the smooth running of the school office and to provide a welcoming and efficient reception service to our parents, visitors, children and staff.

The successful candidate will be well organised, respect confidentiality and work under pressure as well as being able to use their own initiative, as and when required. We are looking for someone who can remain calm and cheerful in a busy environment and who is able to prioritise work to ensure that the needs of our pupils and wider school community are met. You will need administrative, IT and communication skills.
