Coterie group consists of leading wine merchants, distributors, storage providers, and platforms that elevate how wine is bought, enjoyed, moved, stored, and owned. Each is defined by its own expertise and reputation, developed over time through long-standing relationships and a deep understanding of the market. Together, they are strengthened through shared capability, greater visibility, and a more connected way of operating.
Coterie operates across three traditionally separate areas of the fine wine market: merchants, logistics and storage, and financial access. Most wine businesses sit within one. Coterie connects them through shared infrastructure, shared expertise, and a more aligned way of working.
Coterie is opening an exciting new destination at 26 Grosvenor Street in the heart of Mayfair. In addition to serving as Coterie’s flagship headquarters, 26 has been designed as an elegant private hospitality destination where business, dining, and exceptional experiences come together. The venue will host bespoke private dining, intimate wine tastings, executive meetings, and carefully curated private events within beautifully designed surroundings. Every event is tailored to the individual. We believe in genuine hospitality, meticulous attention to detail, and creating experiences that feel personal rather than transactional.
Ahead of our opening in September 2026, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Events Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of our hospitality program.
As the Events Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our events department and ensuring the seamless delivery of guest experiences. Working closely under the guidance of the Events Manager, you will handle key administrative duties, manage event documentation, assist with client inquiries, and provide hands-on support during live events. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in luxury hospitality. You will collaborate closely with our Reception, Kitchen, and Hospitality teams, acting as a key link that ensures no detail is overlooked and every event is executed to the highest standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Events Manager with managing the events inbox, answering initial telephone inquiries, and scheduling client site visits and tastings.
