Great opportunity for a Project Leader with experience in the care homes sector. We are seeking a Project Manager for a £20m new build care home facility in Surrey. You will have experience in delivering similar projects. The facility is a high end residential scheme, over three floors providing a variety of facilities for senior living.
You will have experience of Design Management, planning and have led teams to deliver quality. This is a permanent appointment and we are seeking candidates living within the Surrey / Sussex area.
