Cotech Building Careers is seeking a Construction Planner based at our Maidstone office to support the Construction Department and liaise with Development, Technical, Finance and Commercial teams through all stages of a project, ensuring timely information flow and alignment with milestones.
You will assist with preparing and revising construction and pre-construction programmes, logistics plans, visual time slices and tender presentations, help produce 3D models, and contribute to CEMPs.
