An excellent opportunity to join a well-established regional business, operating in the northern home counties.

The company has been established in the region for over 25 years, operating predominantly in the education, commercial and residential sectors.

Growth in the business has created the need for a Regional Director, to take the operational & P&L responsibility for the region, currently with a turnover in excess of £70m.

You will be responsible for all aspects of work winning, delivery, commercial control and growing the business through both repeat blue chip client satisfaction and creation of new opportunities.

This regional business has a well-established delivery capability, as well as a successful commercial team forming the basis of its regional leadership team.

The successful candidate will be the regional lead, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with established leadership qualities, able to demonstrate successful business management at this level, and with the vision and drive to take the business to its next level.

It is likely that the successful applicant will come from a similar environment in the construction industry, but we are actively inviting candidates from other sectors such as manufacturing.
