It is a pleasure to be working with this top 10 household name Contractor. The company has a long history in the London Refurbishment market and has a real specialism in Historic buildings across all sectors in Central London and the West End. A key area for growth in the company project portfolio is in the Public Sector, under specific framework arrangements. These special Projects are generally dealt with under NEC form of contract, and we are seeking Project Commercial Managers with an expertise in NEC contracts.
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a long track record working with NEC contracts, most likely in a long term "Client Contractor" relationship, with strong and collaborative understanding underpinning the success of all parties. Successful candidates will be responsible for "Cradle to Grave" commercial management of projects ranging from 20m to 60m in value.
