We are urgently seeking a Contracts Manager with experience in new build residential to add to our clients existing delivery team. Our client is a major developer bucking the downward trend with a healthy pipeline of sales in the private single dwellings market. The company operates throughout the UK, and through growth and internal promotion we are seeking an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager used to managing delivery teams on multiple schemes.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates will have experience with a major housebuilder managing multiple delivery teams.
- Must be used to delivering upwards of 300 units per annum.
- Recent relevant experience in this sector.
- Able to lead and motivate teams to hit stringent quality and delivery deadlines.
