Requirements:
- This opportunity is for a Senior Estimator, likely to have been in a Senior role for the last few years, and keen to join a business with future potential to take responsibility for a team.
- You will have experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction projects of medium size (£10m - £40m) and all associated activities from inception to site setup, working with the Bid Technical, commercial & Project Management teams.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of pre-construction leadership, teamwork, management of resources and contract negotiations, reporting to the business unit Director.
- You will be qualified to at least HNC standard and have a demonstrable track record of work winning and technical competency in a tier one environment.
