Time to step up to the next level? This tier one contractor with a high growth plan are recruiting for a key member of the work winning team. We are looking for an Estimator to join our Building team based in London.
Location: London
Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?
As an Estimator, you will be working within the Building team, supporting them in delivering high-quality estimates for construction and refurbishment projects ranging from £1m to £20m. Your day to day will include:
- Appraising and evaluating client tender requirements and specifications
- Producing tender stage bills of quantities and pricing labour, plant, and material rates
- Managing tender information and subcontract trade package enquiries
- Providing early-stage project cost plans and value engineering options
- Communicating and handing over estimates to project teams
What are we looking for?
This role of Estimator is great for you if:
- You have strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams and supply chains
- You are proficient in computerised estimating and take-off software, with solid general IT skills
- You hold industry-recognised construction-related qualifications and have previous experience in a similar role
- A Full Driving Licence is required (does not need to be a UK licence).
