Cotech Building Careers is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a major developer/contractor with activities in HA, BTR and private residential development. The successful candidate will take responsibility for day-to-day commercial activity, reporting to a visiting Commercial Manager, and managing cashflow, valuations and payments.
You will also handle subcontract accounts and related financial admin, supporting the project teams on site in Dartford and surrounding areas.
