We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join us over the festive period on a Fixed Term Contract who thrives on variety and loves working with people. In this role, you’ll rotate between positions like running food, serving our guests, keeping the restaurant floor clean and tidy or preparing drinks. No two shifts are the same — and that’s what makes it exciting.

What You’ll Do Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and care Take and serve orders, answer menu questions, and handle transactions Run food, clear tables, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment Monitor guest flow and seating plans and support guests waiting Adapt to different FOH roles as needed throughout the day Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth service What We\'re Looking For
